Will my jewelry tarnish?
All fine metals have the possibility to tarnish over time.
14k Gold Filled jewelry features a thicker gold layer than gold plated, ensuring superior durability and reduced tarnishing.
Sterling Silver begins to tarnish over time when exposed to moisture and a number of common chemicals, including sulfur found in the air. With proper care and cleaning, your silver will retain its beauty and character for years to come.
Plated Stainless Steel will tarnish over time, however, the stainless steel base will help to slow the process significantly. To retain the shine of your plated stainless steel jewelry, adhere to proper care by cleaning it with a soft cloth and storing it in its pouch.
How long does customized jewelry take to make?
Customized and made-to-order items typically take 5-8 business days to make. Please note: processing times may be
extended during the holiday season.
Can I return or exchange a customized item?
Since customized items are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure that your personalization information and mailing address is correct.
What if an item I receive is incorrect or damaged?
While we try our best to make sure your item is perfect, mistakes do happen. If you receive an item with the wrong personalization or if it arrives damaged, please message us and we will be happy to help!

How do I apply a discount code?
Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Only one code is allowed per transaction.
