Our 7-day return policy allows customers to return eligible items within seven days of receiving their order for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or send the exchange.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized and custom made-to-order products, are not eligible for returns.
