How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
Customized and made-to-order items are typically processed and shipped within 5-8 business days. Please note: processing times may be extended during the holiday season.
All other ready-to-ship items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
Processing vs Shipping times?
PROCESSING TIME = the time it takes to prepare and ship your order.
SHIPPING TIME = the time it takes your package to get to you once it has been picked up from our facility (transit time depends on location).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Am I able to cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
If you'd like to make any changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@sagexstone.com or use the contact form to get in touch. We will try our best to accommodate your requests, but if an order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
